Summer Housing Assistant

Mini marketing campaign for recruiting summer housing assistants (SHA) at Northern Arizona Universities Housing and Residence Life. Androgynous character is depicted carrying boxes and towels reflecting job duties.

Summer Housing Assistants are student workers who help with summer conferences. This role attracts a huge variety of applicants, and the hiring manager wanted to make sure we were inclusive of everyone in our marketing efforts. When I was designing the character for this mini campaign it was important that it was gender and race neutral.
